iPhone photos that will not open
HEIC to JPG is the usual fix when a photo from an iPhone arrives as .heic or .heif and Windows, a website, or a client cannot open it. IntoConvert reads the HEIC and writes a JPEG. .heif is treated as the same input and lands on the HEIC tools.
This is a one-way door. IntoConvert does not encode HEIC, so there is no JPG to HEIC page. If you need a lossless copy with a clear background later, convert HEIC to PNG on /heic-to-png instead.
After the JPEG exists
The JPG is a normal photo file. Quality on the page controls the compression. The original HEIC is not stored after the download finishes. Limit: 150 MB.
Open /heic-to-jpg and drop the photo.
